My Vision as Your Counselor

Unanticipated loss, relationships, life transitions, and aging can present physical and emotional circumstances that challenge us to make choices and or be accepting of different paths our life may take. Together, we can process these events and plan for an encouraging future where you can experience happiness and peace. I am optimistic and passionate about individuals living their best life from a place of strength and joy. This can take determination and often requires resiliency. I love helping people find this in themselves and apply it to their daily living.

By listening to your concerns, I believe that together we can collaborate on an individualized treatment plan. I can help you empower yourself to regain emotional control in challenging life experiences so that you can go on to be the best version of yourself. My desire and ultimate goal as your counselor/therapist is to help you achieve your divine destiny.
