Rates

The fees for counseling/therapy services at CrossLife Counseling and Coaching, LLC., are as follows:

$180.00 for the initial diagnostic intake session (60 minutes).

$140.00 for individual sessions (50 minutes).

$180.00 for couple/family sessions (50 minutes).

Payment

CrossLife accepts payment via Zelle, PayPal (CrossLife Counseling & Coaching, LLC – help@crosslifecounseling.com), Venmo (CrossLife Counseling & Coaching, LLC – help@crosslifecounseling.com), and major credit cards as forms of payment. Zelle, PayPal, and Credit cards are the preferred form of payment for security and ease of use. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file. Payment for counseling/therapy services are required in advance prior to beginning appointment session.

CrossLife provides a sliding scale rate for people who cannot afford the going rate for counseling in the area. Prior to scheduling an appointment, to receive sliding scale rate assistance, please send an email to help@crosslifecounseling.com for details.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling/therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you (your card) will be charged $75 fee for failed/missing an appointment and for not giving at least 24 hours prior notice to cancelling an appointment. A second consecutive no-show will result in a full session charge.
